Booking terms and conditions

That's Rome is pleased to welcome you to their guesthouse in downtown Rome. Before making a reservation for a room with private bath or an apartment that you to live your holiday in Rome at reasonable prices, please read the booking conditions below.

CHECK IN

Check in is from 13.30 until 20.00.
The check-in, outside of these times, has to be agreed at the time of booking. For any delays please contact the hotel directly.

CHECK OUT

Check out time is before 9.00 am.
The Possibility to leave the room at a different time has to be agreed with the staff.

CONDITIONS

Reservations are valid only when confirmed by the structure, via email, after payment of a deposit at least of the first night. Upon arrival you will be asked a deposit fee for your key set (it amounts to € 10.00), which will be refunded at check-out.

CITY TAX

The city of Rome introduced a city tax in effect from 1 January 2011. The planned - art. 14, paragraph 16, letter. and Decree Law 31 May 2010, n. 78 - is 2.00 € per person per day and is not included in the room rate. This contribution will be paid in cash directly at the hotel.

CANCELLATION or NO SHOW

Cancellations must be notified 3 days before date of arrival. In case of NO SHOW the deposit will be not refunded. Cancellations of bookings for a single night, the cost of accommodation will be retained in full. In case of early departure will retain 50% of the amount due for the failure to stay.
